PFPs that hold stock

80% of what you pay for one is spent buying seven real stocks - NVDA, MSFT, AAPL, GOOGL, AMZN, TSLA and SPCX - and they are held for your token. Once a day the collection's earnings buy more. You can send your share to your wallet as actual stock, and sell it wherever you like.

01 · THE COLLECTION

All 7,777, not a sample

There is no trait list and no rarity ranking here, on purpose. The art is generated, and a model follows a prompt only approximately - publishing “Clothing: Varsity” as an attribute would assert something about the picture that nothing checked, and a ranking built on unchecked attributes is fiction. What a token is worth is what it holds: a balance anyone can read, that grows.

02 · WHAT IS INSIDE ONE

What you get,
and how you get it out

No jargon: your token owns a slice of seven stocks, it earns more of them every day, and you can take them to your wallet in one transaction whenever you want.

WHAT YOU BUY

80% of the price buys stock

The other 20% goes to the treasury. Your 80% buys the seven stocks and they are recorded against your token number, not pooled with everyone else. That split is fixed in the contract and cannot be lowered.

PAID DAILY

Once a day you earn more

Every resale pays a 5% royalty and every sale of the index pays a fee. Once a day that money buys more stock, split across every token still held. Press claim and it goes to your wallet.

SELL ANY TIME

One transaction gets you the stock

Burn your token and the seven stocks land in your wallet - NVDA, MSFT, AAPL and the rest, ordinary tokens with no restrictions on them. Sell them anywhere. You can also just take the shares, or take USDG.

THE PART WORTH UNDERSTANDING

When other people leave, you earn more

Cashing out burns that token and keeps 5% back, which is shared among everyone still holding. That is the small part. The bigger part is that the daily earnings are then split between fewer tokens, so everyone who stayed earns more every day from that point on.

03 · STATED PLAINLY

What could go wrong

MARKET

The floor moves with the seven stocks

Your backing is $SEVEN, an equal-weight basket of NVDA, MSFT, AAPL, GOOGL, AMZN, TSLA and SPCX. If they fall, it falls. This is equity exposure in an NFT wrapper, not a stablecoin.

ROYALTIES

Marketplaces can ignore them

ERC-2981 is a hint a venue may honour or skip, and plenty skip it. That is exactly why 80% of the primary mint goes to backing: the flywheel has to turn without royalties, and it does.

EXIT

Redeeming is not free

5% is withheld and left for the remaining holders, plus the index's own 0.20% exit fee if you take USDG rather than shares. A floor, not a free exit.

UPGRADES

The periphery can be changed

The collection and backing contracts sit behind proxies the owner can upgrade. The vault that holds the assets cannot be upgraded at all. Those are different promises and worth telling apart.

The mint has not opened

Contracts are written and tested; price and mint date are not set. The art above is final.

PROVENANCE

Pinned before the mint, not after

All 7,777 images and all 7,777 metadata files are on IPFS right now, addressed by a hash of their own contents. Change one pixel and the address changes with it, so these two lines are a commitment rather than a claim — and you can check them yourself before you spend anything.

The masters are 1024×1024 PNGs totalling 10.2 GB. What is pinned is a WebP encode at 0.90 GB, so a wallet loads a token in a moment rather than a minute. Two thirds of the collection is untouched at quality 95; only files that ran past 150 KB were stepped down, because those are the busiest images and the ones where a quality drop is hardest to see.
